The disorder that best characterises our current era, might well be anxiety – that feeling of dis-ease (lack of ease and harmony) with oneself and the world. We need to be able to have tools to help ourselves as much as possible in Body, Mind and Spirit more than ever before and share that love and healing to others. We need to raise our vibration and that of the planet but it must start with ourselves.
